Precision Builders & Real Estate, inc. is a quality residential award winning company with offices based in Pinehurst, North Carolina. We specialize in quality custom homes designed by either local designers or local architectural firms.

Elizabeth Giri, owner of Precision Builders & Real Estate, inc., has been with company since 1992. Ms. Giri has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, her Building license (which encompasses both residential and commercial), her Broker's License, her North Carolina Home Inspector's License, and her NC Appraisers License. Ms. Giri coordinates the scheduling of subcontractors and takes the client through the entire building process, including scheduling selections, making product recommendations and job site walk-throughs. Ms. Giri is the in-field representative and monitors the progression of each job. Ms. Giri also works in the composition and pricing of contracts and oversees all office operations.
